Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your event date. If a booking is cancelled 21 days or more before the scheduled event, the payment will be fully refunded. If a booking is cancelled between 15 and 20 days before the scheduled event, 50% of the payment will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event, the payment is non-refundable.
